We also operate a full service restaurant and smoothie bar located inside of the Regency Sport & Health complex in McLean, VA. At our restaurant, our goal is to provide you a place to eat without worrying about what's in your food. Our meats are all free range (no hormones or anti-biotics) our greens are all organic and we only use flaxseed and olive oil on our vegetables. You WON'T get sleepy because all of our meals contain protein, you WON'T get bloated because we don't add salt. We WON'T raise your blood pressure, because we DON'T fry anything.
